EN PARTICULAR, LOS USUARIOS CONSIENTEN LA UTILIZACI\u00d3N DE LA BASE DE DATOS DEL REGISTRO NACIONAL DE LAS PERSONAS PARA LA VERIFICACI\u00d3N DE SU COMPORTAMIENTO CREDITICIO, HISTORIAL FINANCIERO DE ADQUISICI\u00d3N O CANCELACI\u00d3N DE PRODUCTOS Y\/O DEUDAS Y DATOS ACERCA DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE COMPROMISOS. LOS USUARIOS AUTORIZAN A NATION A REALIZAR CONSULTAS A BANCOS DE DATOS P\u00daBLICOS O PRIVADOS DESTINADOS A PROVEER INFORMES Y\/O BUR\u00d3S DE CR\u00c9DITO, TALES COMO EL VERAZ, NOSIS, ENTRE OTROS, A FIN DE EVALUAR SUS ANTECEDENTES Y MERECIMIENTOS CREDITICIOS. ADICIONALMENTE, LOS USUARIOS AUTORIZAN A NATION A REMITIR INFORMACI\u00d3N RESPECTO DE SU HISTORIAL CREDITICIO A LAS AGENCIAS DE INFORMACI\u00d3N CREDITICIA.<\/p><p>11.3. LOS DATOS PERSONALES SUMINISTRADOS POR CADA USUARIO (AS\u00cd COMO LOS RECOLECTADOS EN VIRTUD DE SU USO DEL SITIO, QUE SE CONSIDERAR\u00c1N \u201cDATOS PERSONALES\u201d) SER\u00c1N USADOS PARA: (I) EL USO DEL SITIO Y LA REALIZACI\u00d3N DE LAS OPERACIONES ALL\u00cd CONTEMPLADAS; (II) LA MEJORA CONSTANTE DEL SITIO, ANALIZANDO LOS COMPORTAMIENTOS, CONDUCTAS, TENDENCIAS E INTERESES DE LOS USUARIOS; (III) REMITIR INFORMACI\u00d3N RELATIVA A LOS PRODUCTOS, AL SITIO Y\/O COMUNICAR, PUBLICITAR Y OFRECER PRODUCTOS DE NATION MEDIANTE CUALQUIER MODALIDAD O CANAL (INCLUYENDO, PERO SIN LIMITARSE, A SMS, MENSAJES DE WHATSAPP, CORREO ELECTR\u00d3NICO, MENSAJER\u00cdA, FOLLETER\u00cdA, PROMOCI\u00d3N A TRAV\u00c9S DE TERCEROS, ETC.); (IV) COMPARTIR LOS DATOS PERSONALES CON OTRAS EMPRESAS CONTROLADAS, CONTROLANTES O DE CUALQUIER MODO VINCULADAS CON NATION A CUALQUIERA DE LOS FINES INDICADOS ANTERIORMENTE, SIEMPRE CON ARREGLO A LAS PREVISIONES REGULATORIAS VIGENTES EN LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, AUNCUANDO LAS MISMAS SE ENCUENTREN EN JURISDICCIONES CONSIDERADAS COMO \u201cNO ADECUADAS\u201d EN T\u00c9RMINOS DE PROTECCION DE DATOS PERSONALES; (V) COMPARTIR DICHA INFORMACI\u00d3N CON PROVEEDORES DE NATION QUE COLABOREN CON EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL SITIO Y\/O CON LA REALIZACI\u00d3N DE LAS ACTIVIDADES ALL\u00cd ESTABLECIDAS (INCLUIDO PERO NO LIMITADO A CONCESIONARIOS), SIEMPRE CON ARREGLO A LAS PREVISIONES REGULATORIAS VIGENTES EN LA REP\u00daBLICA ARGENTINA, AUN CUANDO DICHOS PROVEEDORES SE ENCUENTREN EN JURISDICCIONES CONSIDERADAS COMO \u201cNO ADECUADAS\u201d EN T\u00c9RMINOS DE PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES; (VI) EJERCER LA DEFENSA DE NATION O DE UN CONCESIONARIO ANTE UN RECLAMO; (VII) COMPARTIR LOS DATOS PERSONALES CON POTENCIALES COMPRADORES DE ACCIONES O ACTIVOS DE NATION EN UN PROCESO DE \u201cDUE DILIGENCE\u201d O LA POSTERIOR MATERIALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA COMPRA DE ACCIONES O ACTIVOS. EN RELACI\u00d3N CON EL PUNTO (III) PREVIAMENTE MENCIONADO, CADA USUARIO PODR\u00c1 MANIFESTAR SU OPOSICI\u00d3N A LA RECEPCI\u00d3N DE LAS MENCIONADAS COMUNICACIONES.<\/p><p>11.4.
